During the event, dedicated to the role of competencies in drawing a new culture of security in this field, the innovative project of a II Level Master Course, organised by the University of Genoa, Department of Mechanical, Energy, Management and Transportation Engineering (DIME), was presented in the first part. The second part consisted in a debate on this topic among the representatives of some of the main public and private entities, in a round table that compared the different perspectives of those who work, with different roles, in the field of infrastructure security.
